Task intake

Jessie checks the Asana task for client, period, comparison period, and analytics questions.

The run receives GA4, context retrieval, AI Gateway synthesis, report rendering, and Asana write-back access.

Jessie loads approved client context before judging whether movement is good, bad, expected, or caveated.

Jessie retrieves GA4 site, channel, landing-page, event, source/medium, device, and geography movement.

The LLM interprets the evidence through Cloudflare AI Gateway, with client context in the prompt capsule.

Jessie attaches an internal GA4 report and posts a review-required Asana comment.

Context Jessie Looks At

  • Approved client brief, analytics rules, active priorities, campaign caveats, measurement notes, and source references.
  • Consultant notes that explain known tests, agreed spend/CPA tradeoffs, campaign timing, or known tracking issues.
  • Related strategy or previous reporting tasks when linked or discoverable through the work record.

Data And Tools

  • Google Analytics Data API.
  • Default channel group, source/medium, landing-page, conversion event, event count, device, and location movement.
  • Other channel evidence may be consulted when the task requires corroboration.

LLM Insight Stage

The GA4 insight layer is routed through Cloudflare AI Gateway. Deterministic code may normalize the metrics, but the final interpretation must consider context and explain uncertainty.

Outputs

  • Internal GA4 HTML report attached to the source Asana task.
  • Major wins, major issues, watch items, supporting detail, and data-quality caveats.
  • Recommended consultant checks without changing GA4, GTM, tracking, or dashboards.

Guardrails

  • No GA4, GTM, dashboard, tracking, website, ad account, or client-facing changes.
  • No hard attribution claims from GA4 alone.
  • Unavailable breakdowns become explicit caveats, not invented detail.
