Live Jessie skill

General Task / Generic Handler

Handles supported one-off Jessie requests by planning, clarifying, or using approved read-only tools before AI Gateway synthesis.

When It Routes

Live Workbench docs/runbooks/team-agent-work-intake.md

A task is assigned to Jessie but does not clearly match a specific reporting or audit skill, or asks for a supported one-off analysis.

Flow

1
Task intake

Jessie reads the brief and decides whether a known skill, supported read-only tool path, clarification, or planning checkpoint is appropriate.

2
Toolkit

The run receives the approved tool registry, context retrieval, available source assets, AI Gateway synthesis, and Asana write-back access.

3
Context

Jessie loads approved client context and task-specific notes before selecting tools or asking questions.

4
Evidence

Jessie uses read-only tools only when the requested objective maps confidently to configured sources.

5
Insight

The LLM synthesizes the answer, plan, or clarification through Cloudflare AI Gateway.

6
Review output

Jessie posts a general task artifact, planning checkpoint, or clarification question back to Asana.

Context Jessie Looks At

  • Approved client context, source asset setup, and current priorities.
  • The task brief, follow-up comments, linked work, and consultant notes.
  • The approved tool registry and credential availability for the resolved business unit.

Data And Tools

  • Asana task and comment context.
  • Configured read-only sources such as GA4, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta, AccuRanker, DataForSEO, Browser Run, and R2/D1 records when applicable.
  • No live mutation tools are currently exposed for generic Jessie work.

LLM Insight Stage

General tasks use AI Gateway for the workbench planning and insight synthesis step. Deterministic code controls tool eligibility and guardrails; the LLM explains the result and asks for clarification when needed.

Outputs

  • General Jessie task output or planning checkpoint.
  • Clarifying questions when the request is ambiguous or unsupported.
  • Read-only analysis artifacts when a supported tool path matches confidently.

Guardrails

  • No website, ad account, tracking, budget, client delivery, or production changes.
  • No secret creation or credential request fulfillment.
  • External mutations require a purpose-built skill and explicit approval path; this is not live for Jessie today.

Example Prompt

Jessie, check whether Plunkett Meta creative frequency might explain weaker lead volume this month. Consultant note: the client approved a short-term CPA increase while testing broader audiences.
